Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How can I change my payment information on my account?

A: Click on the button below to find answers to payment questions.

Q: Is there a minimum number of players required for a team roster?

A: The team roster requirement at SSAHL is a minimum of 15 paid skaters and 1 goalie. If a team carries less than 15 fully paid skaters, the team will be required to make up the monetary difference.

Q: As a CAPTAIN, how do I see what players have currently registered for the team?

A: Once you register as a Captain, the Ice Office will send you a Captain invite from Crossbar. After you accept that invite, you will have permissions to your team page. As players register, the Ice Office will roster those players to the their designated team. This is a manual process and will be updated frequently before the season starts. If a player has registered and you do not see them on your team roster, that player may have not been manually added yet. Check your roster again in 24 hours (or if they registered on a Friday, check on Monday afternoon). If that player still does not appear, contact SusanP@ssprd.org.

Q: Where can I see our team's game schedule

A: Once the Ice Office has linked your Gamesheet game schedule to your team page on Crossbar, you will be able to pull up the game schedule on your Crossbar App on your phone. The entire SSAHL season schedule link will be posted on this page as a backup.

Q: What are the divisions and nights of play for each division?
